Questions businesses ask
Will it answer calls I could have picked up?
No. It only answers when your line is busy, when nobody picks up after the rings you choose, or outside your working hours.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number and your phone. You turn on call forwarding once, and callers never see a different number.
Which languages does it speak?
Hindi, English and Hinglish. It switches to match the caller.
Will callers know it’s an assistant?
Yes. It introduces itself as your business’s assistant, and callers hear a short recording notice at the start.
Will it give advice or make promises?
Never. It shares only the information you give it, takes messages and books appointments. For health businesses it never gives medical or diet advice.
What happens if a caller says it’s urgent?
It gives the caller your urgent or emergency number straight away (health businesses: your number or 108) and flags the call to you.

What if I run out of minutes?
